• Any contract you enter is between you and the MSP directly
• We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or issues arising from your engagement with an MSP

5. For MSPs Seeking Listing

MSPs applying for listing agree to:

• Accept our vetting methodology and scoring
• Not attempt to manipulate or influence their rating through false information

We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or modify any listing at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on WhatMSP, including our rating methodology, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.

7. User Conduct

• Data processing: When you use our matching service, your company information (from Companies House) is processed by AI to generate match recommendations.
• Continuous improvement: AI outputs may change as our models are updated and improved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
