Paying never changes the score or the ranking
The independent /50 score and the Silver/Gold/Platinum tier are earned from an audit, computed only from verified credentials, reviews and public records. No payment of any kind can raise a score, change a tier, or move a provider up the ranked results. Our code literally cannot sort by who paid — and we have an automated test that proves it.
What MSPs can pay for
- The vetting audit. Like an ISO assessment, providers pay for the independent audit work — not for a guaranteed result. If they don’t qualify, they don’t get the badge.
- A Premium listing. An enhanced profile (logo, gallery, case studies), lead routing, analytics, and a clearly-labelled Sponsored slot that sits outside the ranked results — it never reorders them.
Free for the first year
During launch, getting listed, independently vetted, and Premium features are completely free for every MSP. We’d rather build the most complete, honest register in the UK first.
Why this works
Because buyers and providers are different audiences, we can keep buyers free and let providers fund the platform — without ever putting a thumb on the scale. The score does the persuading.
