How to add it to your website
- Open the footer or page editor in your website builder.
- Add a Custom HTML, Embed or Code block and paste the HTML above. In WordPress, use a Custom HTML block.
- Preview on desktop and mobile, then publish. Click the badge to check it opens your WhatMSP profile.
If your editor does not accept HTML, add the image using its image URL and link it to your profile. Your web designer can use the same snippet. Keeping the profile link gives readers somewhere useful to go.

Add it in Outlook or Gmail
- Open your email app’s signature settings and choose the signature you use for business email.
- Insert the PNG badge below your usual contact details. Use the image URL below if your editor accepts a web address, or save the PNG and insert that image.
- Select the image and add your public profile URL as its link. Keep the image proportions and use a width of about 345 pixels.
- Save and check a draft on desktop and mobile. Some recipients block remote images, so a text link is also useful.
