Before you enquire
A few useful answers.
Why review recovery as well as backups?
A backup is useful only if the information you need can be restored. Reviewing what is covered, how access is protected and whether restores have been tested helps you ask better questions about your recovery arrangements.
Does this include a live recovery test?
The form starts a scoping conversation. Any restore test, system access or changes must be agreed separately, including how disruption and existing data will be protected.
Can you help during an active outage?
This is a planned review enquiry, not an emergency response service. For a current outage, use your existing support or incident response contact.
