State the level your customer requires. Ask the body to confirm its current authorisation and the assessor arrangements for your application.

How will the scope be agreed?

Discuss the organisation, sites and activities involved. Ask what existing certifications and preparation documents are needed.

How will evidence be reviewed?

Agree the assessment method, access arrangements and safe handling of information. Keep sensitive defence material out of an initial enquiry.

What is covered by the quote?

Separate readiness support, formal assessment, follow-up and ongoing certification obligations. Confirm milestones and availability in writing.
