By applying to be listed on WhatMSP, you agree to the following terms:
1. Accuracy. You confirm all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. You agree to promptly update your listing if any information changes.
2. Vetting. WhatMSP will verify your credentials through publicly available data and evidence you provide. The vetting result is at WhatMSP's sole discretion.
3. Badge Usage. If approved, you may display the WhatMSP badge on your website and marketing materials. The badge must not be modified. It remains the property of WhatMSP.
4. Renewal. Badges are subject to annual renewal. Failure to maintain the required certifications will result in downgrading or removal.
5. Revocation. WhatMSP reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or downgrade any listing at any time for breach of these terms, material misrepresentation, or other just cause.
6. Liability. WhatMSP provides the platform as-is. We are not liable for any loss arising from your listing or any matching recommendations.
7. Data. Your company data will be displayed publicly on the WhatMSP platform. Personal contact details will not be published without consent.
8. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
